Should You Start With Cardio Or Weights?

If you're like me you may wonder if it's better to do your cardio first or to strength train. Well, the answer depends on your goals.
If your goal is to get stronger, strength-train first while your body is full of energy. You'll be able to life more weight and do more reps.
However, if your goal is mainly weight loss you'll want to start with cardio. It raises your heart rate and boosts your calorie burn.

I think whatever your goals are it is best to start with a mixture of the two. Otherwise you tend to focus on one thing over time. For example, how many a lot of body builders reject cardio in favour of weight training.
The two things can be done at a time.Doing cardiovascular activities could help you lose weight.
