Two Tip Tuesdays

I found two diet tips I thought I'd post today and was trying to think of a catchy name for my post when Two Tip Tuesday came to me. So, I thought I could make this a regular feature. On Tuesdays I'll provide two tips either health, diet, fitness, or beauty related. Hope you enjoy this feature! - When is the best time of the month for a woman to start a diet? The first day after your period! A study in the International Journal of Obesity found that hormones connected to junk food cravings surge premenstrually, but they decrease during your period.
- Researchers at the University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa report that emotional eaters are 13 times more likely to be overweight. To change your habit of filling yourself when you're stressed out, keep a mood and food log to spot thoughts that trigger eating, then plan a noncaloric way to cope.
