Weight Loss Progress Thwarted By Ice Storm & Illness

Well, the ice storm set me back a little in my weight loss goals. Today I weighed in at 151.4, which is only two tenths of a pound lost. I'm slightly surprised that I didn't gain. Not being able to cook healthy meals, I ate quite a bit of junk, and additionally I was sick for three days. Two of which I ran a fever on. One of those days I just felt miserable, and I was in the dark, so I ate Raisinettes and Cheezits for dinner. Bad, bad, bad! I'm getting back on track though. I was able to do my Pilates workout yesterday and I'm able to cook in the electric skillet and my toaster oven, so no more fast food! And, it's supposed to get up to 50 degrees this weekend (YAY!) so I'll be able to get out and take a walk or ride my bike! How are your fitness/weight loss goals progressing?

Mine are going quite well. For the past month I've not been to the gym as I wanted to give bodyweight training a try. This week I'm doing a month back at the gym. It was refreshing to have a break from the gym and try something new but at the same time it felt good to get back to the gym this week.
