Sleep Like A Baby

Having trouble staying asleep at night? Try this trick.
Grab a dried kidney bean (or other flat type of bean) and, using an old pair of panty hose or a soft scrunchie, affix the bean to your inner wrist, about two inches down from the crease.
Accupressure practitioners say that this point on the arm, called Inner Gate, is known for its ability to promote deep sleep. Why? Because putting constant pressure on this area slows your heart rate increases your sense of relaxation.
